X-Pert Group Botswana is led by Mr Oabona Kgengwenyane, the founder and Managing Director. Oabona has a Masters Degree of Engineering (MEng.) from the University of Southampton, UK. Oabona is a certified project and strategy facilitator and has been working in projects for the past eleven years both in operations and consulting.
Oabona is also the Non-Executive Chairman of Geoflux Engineering Consultants and serves in the Rural Industries Promotions Company and Junior Achievement Botswana Boards.
He is a practicing project manager, a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and is frequently invited to speak at conferences and seminars on the subjects of Managing By Project (MBP®), Change management, Scenario Planning and Technology Management.
